Founded by Jim Feiner, a seasoned real estate professional with a deep-rooted commitment to community and philanthropy, Refer To Give builds on the success of Jim's innovative "Client's Choice" program.

Jim Feiner: Founder & Visionary

A lifelong advocate for combining real estate with philanthropy, Jim Feiner's journey began on Martha’s Vineyard. Following in the footsteps of his family's legacy, Jim's passion for community led him back to Martha’s Vineyard in 1991, where he embarked on a successful real estate career. With over half a billion dollars in real estate transactions under his belt, Jim's expertise and dedication to service are unparalleled.

A Commitment to Community

Beyond his real estate endeavors, Jim Feiner is and has been deeply involved in various community initiatives and organizations. Jim has served on conservation commissions, various nonprofit boards and currently chairs the local housing committee. Always excited to help out and support good causes, Jim's commitment to making a difference extends far beyond the realm of real estate.

The Client's Choice Difference

In 2016, Jim Feiner realized his dream of merging real estate with philanthropy through the launch of Client’s Choice. This groundbreaking program donates 10% of every sales commission earned by Feiner Real Estate to the local charity of the client’s choice. With every transaction, Jim’s clients not only buy or sell their dream homes but also contribute to meaningful causes in the community.  In some cases the charities often receive a new annual supporter and some supporters have even gone on to join boards in addition to making generous private donations.

The inspiration behind Refer2Give emanates from the resounding success of our 'Client's Choice' initiative on Martha's Vineyard. Building upon the momentum of over $400,000 in contributions to local nonprofits, we are thrilled to introduce the nationwide launch of Refer2Give. This platform presents an opportunity to establish meaningful and significant contributions for charitable organizations, all while ensuring a seamless process free of any costs to all parties.
